Spring will officially start on the 20th of March people say. Which means we have a little more than a month left to go. I do not know

why I have this feeling as if we are having a long winter. Maybe because of the frequent snow fall compared to other years? Perhaps. I’m just missing the sun a little bit.

When I think about it… Just wonder how those people live in Alaska or somewhere where the winters are longer. Well, at least they don’t have to worry about finding the right age spot remover when they’re old.

Huh, look at me, expressing my longing for warmer days. When people from warmer climated countries would be longing for colder days. I guess people will never be satisfied with what they have. 

I’m still waiting for a job proposal to either be accepted or rejected. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks now. Honestly I do feel a little nervous and hope that the answer would come soon. If its accepted, I’d be very happy,if it isn’t then at least I can move on with my life sooner and continue with my plan.

Though I try to be positive, but I can’t help feeling a little gloomy due to how slow things are going. I wish there some sort of ointment that you can use to get rid of this depressive feeling. Something like those joint pain relief ointment advertisements you see on tv. Just rub the ointment and the pain just goes away in an instant.

All I can do for now is just wait on.

Come February next year, it would be exactly 3 years I’ve been living in Hungary. Three years filled with pain, sadness, laughter and joy. We’ve always planned to leave this country for good some day and that some day may be sometime towards the end of next year. My husband and I are both not getting any younger you know…

Yes, we plan to move to another country which we haven’t really decided which one yet. Although there are a few choices in our list, we still need to do a little bit more research - living cost, schoolings, jobs, environment, whether my current medical travel insurance would still be valid after I leave the country for more than 6 months, and so on - before we can really decide the one place we would go to.

The question now is, what would I want to do when we go to a new place? I want to work definitely. But after nearly 5 years of not being in the job market, I know it wouldn’t be easy for me to go back in again (not impossible). And what sort of job I would want to do. I’ve been thinking about what I want to do with my life for years now and still I haven’t figured out yet actually. All these while just going with the flow and doing my job as a wife and mother every day for the past 5 years.

I still have another year to figure out. But as we now know 1 year would pass by so quick you wouldn’t even notice it. Just hope by then I’d have decided on what I want to do with my life.

I feel like it has been ages since we last went for a vacation. Now that the weather has started to become colder, the need to go on a vacation where it is warm is stronger.

I’ve read plenty of times about the power of affirmations, the law of attraction, positive thinking and such, so I’m putting the knowledge into action. Browsing and looking at pictures of orlando vacations, carribean cruise vacations, listening to happy vacation related songs and even watching related videos. Doing all this while I imagine myself being in a long needed vacation with my family.

It is worth the try. Even right now I’m feeling a lot happier thinking about it.

After enjoying cooler days this week, it is time for warm days ahead. It is like that. It was very warm for days last week. Then it rained for a couple of days, leaving us cooler days this week. I was told that according to weather forecasts there will be warm, warm days again. Well, you can’t expect too many cool days when it is Summer.

We bought a portable aircond from an online store last week but after trying it out for a few hours we decided to just pack it up and send it back. Not effectively cooling and  a bit too noisy. So will be hunting again for a new one I think.

Buy.com would be  a good place to look. For you can get yourself a best buy for many of their items. I know that I bought my mp3 player double the price they offered there. Too bad they don’t do international shipping just yet.

I’ve started a new camera fund not too long ago and promised myself not to spend too much on other things. But the more I need to save for one thing, the more I spend on other things.

Last week alone I’ve been getting packages of books nearly every day from various online stores. Some necessary, some out of impulse. These week will be receiving a few more items. Small things. Did I need them ? Could live without.

Saw some pretty looking Dansko sandals online, a few pairs of cute looking blouses, and also some books I thought I may want to read and felt that maybe it wouldn’t hurt to order more. Would hurt my budget for a new camera alright. *sigh*

Currently feeling frustrated at myself. LOL. Need to chill and not browse at things too much perhaps.

I just saw that I could upgrade my blog from wordpress 2.7 to version 2.7.1 right from my dashboard. Isn’t it just great??! Last time I had to either upgrade it manually or had to do it by clicking the upgrade link in the cpanel. So glad that I just got to mention it up here.

Wordpress is becoming better and better.
