Stress.
Friday, October 30th, 2009I’ve been feeling stressful these past weeks. All due to the family being sick, husband’s work ( when he is stressful, its contagious), my own personal project that I hope to get started within these few days.
I don’t like the depressive feeling the stressful state leaves me, but the good side of it, at least I lost some weight. For me, stress is indeed the best weight loss product. But I don’t really recommend it.
Hopefully, will feel a lot better soon.
