Need to break away.
Monday, June 1st, 2009In a few days time we will be leaving for the weekend house. The house was actually a peasant house and it is located in a village in a rural area. Most of the neighbours are farmers, rearing their own chickens, sheep, and pigs.
Although there will be electricity, but there will be no internet connection (have not checked yet actually), no gas or electric heater, definitely no LCD HDTV, no computer, so we would be enjoying our days without hi-tech things.
I am actually looking forward to it because felt like we haven’t been away for a while now and it is due time to break away from all the mundanity of city life.
