Debate your heads off.
Thursday, March 5th, 2009Although originally I am not a political person, still not, yet I find myself reading political news more often now than ever before. Perhaps it comes with age.
Some people I know cannot separate their daily lives with politics. Everyday, you can guarantee at least 3-4 times ,they would bring up the issue. About how that politician’s idea is great and why this other politician is a ‘dunce’. If you appose or express your disagreement, these people would debate and debate in the hopes that we would in the end see their views. Sounds familiar? To yourself or somebody you know? As far as I know, every family would have at least one such person.
If you are very passionate about politics or you know anyone who is, there is a political debate forum specially for people to argue their heads off. Arguewitheveryone.com. The url address says it all. Just like any forums there are definitely certain rules to be followed to permit free and open debate for everyone. Yet, the forum basically will not be moderated so you don’t have to worry about getting your posts deleted just because a moderator doesn’t politically agree with you.
I might be dropping by once in a while to see what adults talk about in these sort of forums.
